Debby Davidson

Debby read law as a Sir Edward Youde scholar at the University of Oxford, and was subsequently admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales. She trained in London with a Magic Circle law firm before relocating to its Hong Kong office in 2006. Debby specializes in a broad spectrum of business disciplines including, finance, company restructuring and capital markets transactions. Debby has represented sovereigns, multinationals, corporates, private equity funds, financial institutions and trustees.

Debby joined the AFP Group in 2009 as a Director of Business and Strategic Development, with particular emphasis on tax and investment structuring.  Debby is closely involved with the management and operations of NCO China,  which is a part of the AFP Group.
